Q: How can I track my order?

Q: My tracking number isn’t updating — should I be worried?
A: Tracking information can take a few days to appear, especially while your order is in transit between fulfillment hubs. If it hasn’t updated after 7 days, contact us and we’ll check the status for you.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as we begin processing quickly to reduce delivery times. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment.
